Barbie life in the dream house is very nostalgic, but this game isn’t very fun! It takes up a lot of your time with the lengthy gameplay, but it’s not super enjoyable… The whole idea is to go through several rooms in Barbie’s dream house and look through cabinets to find certain items. You (Barbie), Raquelle, Nikki, and Teresa will each have your own unique items in Barbie’s rooms. Upon placing the items on the correct pedestal, a minigame will occur. Each room will have its own minigame, but they are very simple and a little too similar to each other. Some of them are the exact same, with the only difference being a remodeled ambience. Other than the minigames, the only thing you can do is change Barbie’s outfit, and look for photographs hidden around her house. There isn’t a whole lot to do. They pull out the minigames to be as long as possible, so it can get really boring. I don’t think there is a single minigame under 5 minutes! And all this for over $50 dollars?? It’s ridiculous. A 3DS game like this should be no more than $20.In Conclusion : Boring, Simple, Overpriced, Nostalgic
